I have to talk in church tomorrow, and I have no idea what I should talk about! I need some ideas, FAST!

Yeah, I did not even think of mine. I was nearly unconcious when my brain had a sudden spasm and started writing things down, and then in the morning while shaving I read them. I wrote a couple more things down before going up, but for the most of it, I really did not know what I was going to say. For that matter I do not even remember what I said.
I was nearly unconcious after working fireworks all day then trying to stay awake in bed.
when I share my testimony I start crying.
all though I did that anyway today.
