we lost. 1-0. But we did hold off Brazil and kept it at only one to nothing. I mean, really, they are the favored ones, so in my mind, we did alright.

i watched that game for a half an hour, it was funny the white people kept on falling down trying to get fouls called on brazil, i never saw a brazil guy fall down and try to force a yellow card though, perhaps they knew they already had it won.
meh, Brazil got knocked down a few times too. Croatia is just a bit more physical, and it kept backfiring on them.
brazil hasn't lost a world cup opening game since 1933. or 34.

no they dont get 'knocked down' in this sport i've noticed. They FALL down on PURPOSE, its hillarious
oh yeah. Soccer players totally play up their injuries. It's so ridiculously hilarious. And then as soon as the other guy gets a yellow card they jump back up and run off, forgetting they had a limp just moments ago.
